- Now, on the My Factors screen, click Edit next to Change Master Password.
- Then, type your current Master Password, and type your new Master Password.

If you are not able to sign in to True Key, then follow these steps to reset the password: –
- First, open True Key on a Windows PC.
- Next, type in the email address associated with your True Key profile.

- Now, check your inbox for an email received from True Key.
- Follow the instructions in the email and sign in using the authentication factors that you previously set up.

Always remember that Forgot Master Password option only works if you have not disabled the Master Password Reset feature in the Profile Preferences of True Key and you have configured at least two additional authentication factors, or alternative ways of signing into True Key, like Email, Second device, or Fingerprint.
