Go through the following methods to fix QuickBooks Online Error 323: –

Solution 1: Rename One of the Accounts at the Bank’s Website

  • First, choose Banking in the navigation bar.
  • Next, select an account that you want to rename.
  • Then, select Edit > Edit account info.
  • After that, choose Disconnect this account on save, in the Account Window.
  • Finally, choose Save.

Solution 2: Delete an Account

  • First of all, read the effects of fully deleting an account.
  • Next, choose the Gear icon.
  • After that, select Charts of Accounts.
  • Next, find the account that you want to delete and select Delete.
  • At last, confirm.

Solution 3: Download the Required Transactions

  • First, you need to open settings and select Set up transaction download.
  • In order to update the bank list, select My bank is not listed.
  • After the list is updated, it will show the current date.
  • Then, go to the Show List > Enter the name of your bank > Enter login credential > Continue.
  • After that, a list of all accounts with bank details will appear on the screen.
  • Finally, link each of the accounts to a proper account you have setup.

Solution 4: Download the Bank Statements

  • Choose Chart of Accounts in the list menu.
  • Next, click on the bank account that you have enabled for online banking.

  • Now, choose Add from the view in the Online Banking Centre Window.

Solution 5: Export and Import the Chart of Accounts

  • To export the chart of account, go to the file > Utilities and select Export > Lists to IIF files.
  • Next, choose Chart of Accounts and save the file to the Desktop.
  • Then, make a new file.
  • To import the chart of account, go to the file > Utilities and select Import > IIF files.
  • Then, search the saved Chart of Accounts IIF File on your Desktop.
